Cabbage steaks

Cabbage steaks :
  • medium size cabbage
  • 5-7 tbs olive oil
  • 1 lemon ( zeta only )
  • 1tsp zathar or more
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Preheat oven to 425F
  • Slice cabbage into 6-8 big thick  pieces ( like you would cut watermelon wedges)
  • Place cabbage steaks in one layer on your oven tray (on parchment paper, always make sure the paper doesn’t touch the oven )
  • Add olive oil, spices, lemon zest and brush it into the cabbage from both size (add olive oil if needed)
  • Grill for 12-15 or until crunchy from outside and soft inside
  • I highly recommend to serve hot and drizzle one of my tahini dressing on top, enjoy.

  • there’s many tahini dressing recipe on my website, I used the curry tahini
