Cauliflower shawarma

Cauliflower shawarma skewers :

1 head of cauliflower

5 tbs shawarma spice

2 tbs olive oil

2 tbs curry tahini

1/2 lemon juice

Chopped green herbs for garnish



  • preheat oven to 425f ( on broil )
  • Remove cauliflower head & Gently separate the cauliflower florets
  • In a large mixing bowl combine cauliflower with olive oil & shawarma spice & sprinkle of salt , mix well
  • skewer the cauliflower and place on parchment paper
  • Broil in the middle rack till they are golden & crunchy ( about 20-25 minutes )
  • When ready to serve Drizzle curry tahini , squeeze 1/2 lemon juice , garnish with green herbs & enjoy
  • Highly recommend to wrap them up with @nuco most delicious combination
