Chocolate halva rugolach
Vegan & gluten free version:
Ingredients:
1 cup almond flour ( or all purpose gluten free flour)
1/4 cup + 2tbs silan tahini
1tbs coconut oil
1 teaspoons baking powder
3 scoopers of the goddess prebiotic
5-7 tablespoons of chocolate halva or any other flavors
Instructions:
- preheat oven to 375F
- Mix flour with prebiotic & baking powder & mix well, add tahini & coconut oil and mix by hands until you get a sticky dough texture ( if it’s dry , add more tahini )
- Create a ball from your dough and place of a greased parchment paper
- Use a pin roller to flatten the dough into a long triangle
- Add the halva on the top and gently spread it all over
- Use the parchment paper and start to roll in the dough into a long roll
- Slice it up into halva a rugelach shape
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, the bottom should be golden brown, let them cool completely
- Sprinkle the goddess prebiotic instead of powdered sugar & enjoy .
Note : for High fiber version :
I use fiber gourmet flour & one egg
To be honest it gives you more of a rugelach
Dough texture, both versions are delicious
