Curry tahini Palmini mash

Trust me on this ! Mashed potatoes are over rated ! Wow must try !


2 bags Palmini mash ( hearts of palm )

5 teaspoons curry tahini

1 cup coconut milk

1 tablespoons olive oil

1/3 cup chopped parsley 

sage 1 leave 

2 tablespoons chopped ginger

1 tablespoons chopped chili

Salt & pepper to taste



  • on medium heat pan sauté ginger & chili pepper in olive oil
  • Lower heat and add coconut milk & curry tahini & stir it well & add parsley & sage , mix again . 
  • Add Palmini mash, blend well , add salt and pepper to taste, let it cook for 8 minutes and serve it warm with any of your favorite toppings, my family loves it with meatballs, enjoy
