Creamy rosè sauce pasta
1 pack Palmini angel hair ( follow the instructions on the package)
3tbs spicy tahini ( or any flavor )
1/2 cup tomatoes sauce
1 tbs olive oil
1/2 cup chopped scallions
1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
1 cup spinach
Salt & pepper to taste
  • on medium high heat , 1tbs olive oil , sauté palmini, mushrooms & spinach
  • When the mushrooms are golden add tomatoes sauce, tahini & scallions, mix well , continue to cook on low heat for 5-7 min, you can taste before serving
  • You can top it up with cheese & more scallions on top, enjoy
