Detox greenlicious soup

Detox soup : 
1 bunch leek 
1 yellow/ white onion ( peeled ) 
1 bunch of celery 
1 bunch of parsley, cilantro, dill 
1 frozen bag of frozen broccoli 
1 frozen bag of cauliflower 
2 lemon ( juice only ) 
Filtered water ( as much as needed for consistency) 
3-5 tbs olive oil 
Spices : sprinkle of salt, black pepper, turmeric, cumin, smoked paprika & curry 
In a large pot, heat olive  oil over medium-high until warm. Add onions and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, then add leek and celery and cook for 5 additional minutes longer, add the  broccoli & cauliflower and cook for 5 additional minutes. Sprinkle your favorite spices, Pour in filter water about 1/2 height of your veggies and bring to boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer, covered, for 20 -25 minutes or until broccoli is easily pierced with fork. Turn off heat and add lemon juice then let cool, uncovered, for 15 minutes. Working in batches if necessary, blend and add more lemon and pepper or salt if needed , you could blend it until very smooth  if your have hand blender .
