Granola donuts

Granola donuts: 6 donuts 
1 cup gluten free granola ( I used bola granola)
2tbs almond / coconut milk 
2 tbs coconut oil (melted) 
Sprinkle: salt & Cinnamon 
1tsp Baking powder 
For Topping : 1/4 cup dark chocolate, 1-2 tbs cashews butter and raw tahini paste ( all toppings are optional) 
  • preheat oven to 375F 
  • Let’s ground our granola In a food processor by a few pulses until you get “flour texture” or as close as can be 
  • In a mixing bowl beat you eggs with almond milk,coconut oil and spices 
  • Add baking powder and the granola flour and mix it well 
  • Spray donuts mold with coconut spray or your favorite and pour the donuts batter in it 
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until light golden and toothpick comes out clean ... 
  • Last step is so much fun !! Topping ! Really he sky is the limit!! You can top it with your favorite, mine was dark chocolate and cashews butter, by using a spoon Apply your favorite and enjoy 😊
