Halva cookies

Halva cookies: (makes 20 cookies)
1 cup almond flour
2 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder 
6 tablespoons of your favorite sugar alternative or sugar ( I used sukrin )
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cup halva ( Any flavor will work )
1/4 cup of whole sesame tahini
3-4 Tbs room temperature water
preheat oven to 375F
1. Combine all dry ingredients in a medium size mixing bowl and mix well
2. Add the tahini and water into your mixing bowl and mix well, you should get a sticky dough texture and able to shape dough into a ball
3. Scoop out small balls by hand and shape into a cookie shape or use a cookie cutter to make a fun one (optional)
4. Spray your parchment paper that is on your cookie oven tray and put your cookies on top
5. Bake for 7-10 minutes, watch them they  can burn easily, let them cool down for 10 minutes before serving , enjoy
Notes :
  • cool down part is very important other wise cookies will break easily while warm
