Kohlrabi chips

Kohlrabi chips :
2-3 Kohlrabi
3tbs olive oil
Pink sea Salt & black pepper
Dip - labane with sprinkle of zathar and olive oil (optional)
  • preheat oven to 425F
  1. Peel the kohlrabi & Slice kohlrabi into 1/2inch circles
  2. With a silicon brush the kohlrabi with olive oil   ( both sides ) and sprinkle with salt & pepper
  3. Place eggplant on a parchment paper and bake them in preheated oven 425f for 15 min and twist to the other side for 10 more minutes Or until golden brown
  4. Serve with your favorite dip, the combination with labane was insanely delicious, enjoy
