Low carb shepherds pie
Low carb Shepherds pie :
Ingredients:
1 pack palmini mashed ( or mashed cauliflower, sweet potatoes etc )
1/2 cup tomatoes sauce
3 tbs spicy tahini
2 tbs Silan ( or Silan tahini )
1 -2 cup or chopped mushrooms
1 cup of chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped carrots
1/3 cup of chopped: parsley & dill
1/3 cup chopped scallions
1 cup chopped spinach
Instructions:

preheat oven to 375f

Combine all chopped vegetables in a large mixing bowl & mix them together with salt & pepper to taste

Mix tomatoes sauce with spicy tahini or any other flavors, it will make it creamy, add flavor & plant based protein

Add tomatoes tahini sauce to your vegetables, mix well and pour into your oven proof safe dish

On top of the vegetables add the last layer of palmini mashed ( or sweet potatoes mashed or any of your choice) I like to use the fork to create nice long lines for pretty presentation

Bake for 20-25 min or until slightly gold brown on top, drizzle Silan and spicy tahini on top before serving, enjoy
