My Kids favorite gluten free muffins
Ingredients for 6 muffins:
4 tbs almond flour
4 tbs coconut flour
4 tbs almond / coconut milk ( or your favorite )
2 tbs manuka honey
1 tbs baking powder
1/3 cup unsweetened dark chocolate chips ( optional ) or any other topping like blueberry or nuts etc...
* preheat oven to 375f
in a medium mixing bowl combine all wet ingredients together and mix well, add the dry ones and mix it well.
Spray your muffins mold and pour the batter, bake for 15-20 min or until golden on top .
