Oven roasted fennel

Oven roasted fennel: 
Fennel ( as many as you wish) 
Olive oil 
Salt & pepper 
Parsley for Garnish ( optional) 
  1. Preheat oven to 425F
  2. Slice fennel into half’s 
  3. Always on PARCHMENT paper 
  4. Brush them with olive oil 
  5. Roast for 15-20 minutes 
  6. Sprinkle salt & pepper garnish with parsley 
Notes : I love squeezing lemon juice before serving and extra drizzle of olive oil :)
