Pickle lemon :
1 large lemon
1/4 cup vinegar
2tbs lemon juice
1tsp olive oil
Dill ( to top it up )
Slice the lemons into very thin half circle slices
Start to layer the glass container with vinegar ,spices and half circled lemon slices until you reach the top.
Make sure the slices are gently squeezed in.
Add juice of half a lemon
Add 1tsp olive oil
Be generous with the dill on top , it’s to prevent mold
Refrigerate overnight and enjoy it as a topping on any type of food, my favorite is as topping for sandwiches, salads and I even top it on cooked veggies .It’s such an amazing way to give a kick of flavor, Your welcome 😉
