Pickle lemon 🍋

Pickle lemon : 
1 large lemon 
1/4 cup vinegar 
2tbs lemon juice 
1tsp curry 
1tsp salt 
1tsp olive oil 
Dill ( to top it up ) 
  • Slice the lemons into very thin half circle slices 
  • Start to layer the glass container with vinegar ,spices and half circled lemon slices until you reach the top.
  • Make sure the slices are gently squeezed in. 
  • Add juice of half a lemon 
  • Add 1tsp olive oil 
  • Be generous with the dill on top , it’s to prevent mold  
  • Refrigerate overnight and enjoy it as a topping on any type of food, my favorite is as topping for sandwiches, salads and I even top it on cooked veggies .It’s such an amazing way to give a kick of flavor, Your welcome 😉
