Sexy beefless tacos

Sexy tacos :

Ingredients:

Beyond meat beef ( or your fave )

1tbs olive oil

Spices: salt pepper paprika

Bunch of chopped scallions

1/3 cup feta cheese or your fave cheese

Taco Dressing:

3tbs spicy tahini

1tbs honey

1/2 lemon juice

Instructions:

• medium heat on non stick skillet add olive oil and start to sauté the beef , add spices and sauté until golden brown and ready to eat ,

• Remove beef into a mixing bowl and add chopped scallions and the dressing ingredients, mix well, adjust flavor if needed.

• On your favorite taco, add mixture of the beef with feta on top and grill in the panini press until cheese is melt , enjoy, it’s unreal! Delicious! Happy taco day
