Shaved Brussels sprouts salad

Shaved Brussels sprouts salad : 
2 cups shaved Brussels sprouts 
1 cup fresh sliced mushrooms 
1/3 cup shaved almonds 
2 Tbs fresh chopped dill 
3 Tbs liquid aminos 
1 Tbs honey 
1/3 cup alfalfa sprouts 
1 tsp of your favorite spicy paste ( optional) 
2 Tbs sesame oil 
Spices: cumin 
  1. On medium hot skillet, sauté the shaved Brussels sprouts and gradually add the mushrooms 
  2. Sprinkle cumin and mix 
  3. When the veggies are golden, simmer down 
  4. Add liquid amino, honey and the spicy paste and mix well 
  5. Remove after 5-7 min into a bowl 
  6. Top it up with shaved almonds, dill and sprouts 
  7. in this picture I drizzle my creamy cashews dressing, it was delicious but it will be delicious without as well:)
