Vegetables With A twist

What do you need :
1 broccoli
1 cauliflower
2 Tbs raw tahini
1/3 cup liquid aminos
grated ginger ( just a bit )
Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven 425F
  2. In a mason jar combine : tahini, liquid aminos and ginger, mix it well
  3. Pour it over your vegetable and marinate for a few minutes ( 10 min )
  4. Place your vegetables on a parchment paper and put it in the oven for 25-35 minuets
  5. *Optional 5-7 minuets before your veggies are ready you can add your favorite raw nuts and roast them in the marinade , yum ! Enjoy
