Tahini matcha donuts: ( 6 donuts)Â
♦️Ingredients :Â
1/4 cup cacao butterÂ
3 Tbs tahiniÂ
3 Tbs creamy peanut butter ( or your favorite nut butter)Â
1 Tbs matcha powderÂ
3 Tbs almonds flourÂ
1/2 cup coconut milk ( full fat can )Â
1/2 tsp vanilla extractÂ
1/2 tsp CinnamonÂ
2 Tbs Honey ( I use manuka honey )Â
1/3 cup dark chocolate chip ( optional)Â
♦️Instructions :Â

Heat cacao butter and peanut butter in the microwave in 30 seconds incriminate ( until it’s completely melted)Â

Combine all the “wet ingredients” and mix wellÂ

Add the almond flour, matcha, cinnamon and chocolate chip and mix wellÂ

Spray donuts mold with coconut spray

Pour batter into the donuts in silicon mold and into thr freezer for 60Â minuetsÂ

* very important to use silicon moldÂ
