No bake BOUNTY cake

Bounty cake : 

1 tofu pack ( 180 gram, about 2 cups ) 

1 cup dark chocolate ( I used Lily’s sweet ) 

1 scoop planet based protein powder 

1/3 cup cacao butter 

1/3 cup unsweetened coconut chips 





  1. Place your chocolate and cacao butter in a microwave safe dish ( 2 separate dishes ) in 30 second increase until both are melted completely 
  2. Combine tofu with chocolate, cacao powder and protein powder in your blender ( food processor) and mix well you can taste and adjust if needed
  3. Place the batter in a cake mold, one layer, press a little by using a fork 
  4. Top it up with coconut chips and place in the fridge for minimum an hour and enjoy your slice of coco chocolate heaven ( keep in the fridge up to 5 days )
