Tahini palmini latkes, low carb & gluten free

Palmini tahini  latkes , low carb & gluten free
1 can of palmini rice
( or any of frozen broccoli/ cauliflower rice  bag about 340g if so check our cauliflower latkes recipe, I personally love palmini rice more ! )
1 large egg
2 tbs Zathar tahini ( or any flavor
3tbs zen basil seeds ( or chia seeds )
Spices: salt & pepper to taste, you may add cumin & paprika for more flavor

  1. Preheat oven to 375f
  2. In a medium mixing bowl whisk egg with tahini  and sprinkle spices to your taste, mix well
  3. Add palmini rice & zen basil seeds
  4. Let the seeds soak for 5-7 minutes, the batter will be in a perfect consistency. Not too liquid
  5. Spray your parchment paper and it’s time to pour the batter into latkes, I used a spoon and ring mold for the round shape, but they will be beautiful even with just a spoon , bake for 5-7 minutes flip the latkes and bake for 5-7 minutes longer, until they get beautiful golden crunch 👌🏻
  6. I love serving it with Any of our tahini as is from the jar , specially the Zathar & spicy, enjoy, happy Hanukkah
