Tahini pizza crust

This recipe is a must-try with only 5 minutes of prep and just one mixing bowl. Let's do it.

For one pizza (perfect with a side of a big, delicious salad), you'll need:



  • 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 1/3 cup of your favorite shredded cheese (I love feta/halloumi)
  • Kale for garnish (I love my greens; they're so delicious)


  1. Preheat your nonstick skillet on medium heat (don't oil it yet).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, tahini, salt, water, and baking powder. Mix well.
  3. Once your pizza batter is well mixed, oil or spray your skillet, pour in your batter, and cover.
  4. After 3-5 minutes, it should be golden on the bottom and ready to flip.
  5. Flip it, add your toppings, and cover again for a couple of minutes until the cheese is melted.
