Chewy tahini halva cookies
You all need this easy, delicious recipe in your life! The perfect healthy cookie for your coffee, they are gluten-free, high fiber & low carb
as with all my recipes, one mixing bowl, 5 minutes prep, simple and delicious.
Ingredients:
(About 8-12 cookies depending on size )
1 cup chocolate tahini or peanut tahini or silan tahini
1 egg
3 scooper of the goddess prebiotic Inulin
5 tablespoons classic halva or any flavor
Toppings: halva, coconut chips , chocolate chips, granola etc
Instructions:
- preheat oven to 350f
- mix peanut butter tahini, egg & the goddess prebiotic Inulin powder, mix well
- Scoop out the cookies batter With a tablespoon on a parchment paper (spray to prevent sticking)
- Note: don’t flatten the cookie’s shape. They should be puffy and delicious
- Bake for 8-10 min at 350f. It should be golden brown
- Let them cool completely, and enjoy
