Tzatziki
Tzatziki :
Ingredients
- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt (480 g, can use dairy-free) my favorite is goat cheese yogurt
- 1 cup shredded or diced cucumber (200 g)
- 2tbs olive oil
- 2 -4 Tbsp lemon juice (depends how much you love lemons you can always add more)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 3Tbsp chopped dill
- My twist 1tbs grated ginger & 1tbs lemon zest ( optional its my twist )
Mix all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl, add salt & pepper to taste, I love adding olive oil as well, you crab enjoy it as a dip/ spread or salad dressing.
