Sinaia :
2 cups mushrooms
1/2 bunch parsley
1/2 bunch cilantro
1/2 onion ( yellow / white )
1tbs olive oil
Spices: sprinkle of :
cumin, smoked paprika, salt & pepper
tahini dressing:
1/2 cup Caesar tahini
1tbs spicy tahini (optional for spicy lovers)
1 lemon juice
1/4 cup cold water
Salt & pepper to taste
*Mix all ingredients in mixing bowl and adjust consistency if need by adding more  lemon or water or tahini
  • preheat oven to 400F
  • Chop all ingredients ( I used my ninja )
  • Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and sprinkle spices & 1tbs olive oil and mix well and pour mixture into your lasagna dish
  • Bake for 10 minutes, while it’s in the over make your tahini dressing
  • Remove from oven and add tahini dressing on top , return to oven for 2 minutes and serve warm, enjoy
notes: you could substitute mushrooms for ground beef/turkey/chicken. The traditional one is with ground  beef
