Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Slice the apple thinly.
  3. Section the puff pastry into squares.
  4. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. On the parchment, create 8 Silan syrup circles. Add a teaspoon of halva and apple slices to each.
  6. Top each with a puff pastry square, pressing firmly to seal.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.
  8. Once cooled, invert onto a plate. Enhance with coconut whipped cream and pomegranate seeds, if desired.
