Tahini Bagel Recipe (Makes 6 bagels)

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup whole sesame tahini (or your choice of flavor)
  • 3 scoops of Goddess Prebiotic (equivalent to 9 teaspoons)
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp silan syrup
  • 3 tbsp pumpkin purée
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • Optional: Top with sesame seeds or chocolate chips. They pair wonderfully with both savory and sweet toppings!

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and whisk until you achieve a smooth, creamy beige color.
  3. Pour the batter into a bagel or donut mold.
  4. Optionally, sprinkle with "everything but the bagel" seasoning.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Check with a toothpick; it should come out clean from the center.
  6. Enjoy your homemade bagels!
