Bok choy salad

Bok choy salad : 
🔹Ingredients: 
1 bunch of bo choy 
1 Tbs grated ginger 
1 cup Shaved carrots 
6 garlic clove ( roasted) 
1 lemon 
1 fresh Spicy pepper ( optional) 
1-2 Tbs liquid aminos ( soy sauce substitute) 
2 Tbs sesame oil 
 
🔹Instructions: 
  1. Slice the bok choy and spicy pepper 
  2. On Medium heat skillet sauté bok choy, spicy pepper and carrots with sesame oil 
  3. When the bok choy is partly golden ( al dente )  simmer down and add liquid amino and ginger and garlic 
  4. After 5-7 minutes remove into a bowl and squeeze fresh lemon juice and mix it up, taste and adjust lemon / salt/ oil .
