Bok choy salad
Bok choy salad :Â
🔹Ingredients:Â
1 bunch of bo choyÂ
1 Tbs grated gingerÂ
1 cup Shaved carrotsÂ
6 garlic clove ( roasted)Â
1 lemonÂ
1 fresh Spicy pepper ( optional)Â
1-2 Tbs liquid aminos ( soy sauce substitute)Â
2 Tbs sesame oilÂ

🔹Instructions:Â

Slice the bok choy and spicy pepperÂ

On Medium heat skillet sauté bok choy, spicy pepper and carrots with sesame oilÂ
-
When the bok choy is partly golden ( al dente ) Â simmer down and add liquid amino and ginger and garlicÂ

After 5-7 minutes remove into a bowl and squeeze fresh lemon juice and mix it up, taste and adjust lemon / salt/ oil .Â
