Stuffed whole cabbage

Stuffed cabbage: 
1 cabbage 
1 lemon 
6 garlic clove 
1 fresh Spicy pepper 
1/3 cup Olive oil 
Sprinkle of salt and pepper 
  1. Preheat oven to 400F 
  2. Cut your cabbage in an x shape as deep as you can but not all the way through 
  3. Slice lemon and spicy pepper into thin circles and peel your garlic cloves 
  4. Stuff the cabbage with lemon, garlic and spicy pepper 
  5. Brush cabbage with  olive oil (be generous) into the cabbage and sprinkle salt and black pepper 
  6. Place your cabbage in a roasting bag and roast 35-45 minutes of until golden brown out and soft inside ,
  • first 2 layers ( on top ) will be burned but still yummy and crunchy 
  • Nuts / seeds for serving, was delicious topping 
  • highl recommend to serve w tahini dressing
