Bulgarian style veggies

  • Bulgarian style veggies: ingredients: 
5tbs olive oil
1tsp of : turmeric, cumin, smoked paprika
Pink salt & black pepper to taste
1/2 head of cabbage
1/2 head of cauliflower
2 zucchini
2-3 carrots
1 large onion
  • any of your favorite veggies will be delicious, sky is the limit
Instructions:
  1. Large skillet (dip if possible) medium heat combination olive oil with all the spices and combine them perfectly until you start to smell them “open” up, this step is important to infuse the olive oil with flavor for the veggies
  2. Cut, peel & wash all the veggies
  3. Start with onion, when it’s transparent add gradually more veggies, mix and add ... repeat
  4. Add 1/2 cup water and cover, simmer down for about 30 minutes until veggies are completely soft and observed all the flavors, taste and adjust if needed
  5. You can serve it with fish, chicken, meat,  cheese or just snack as is,  it’s so delicious enjoy.
