Cinnamon halva cookies
The texture of those cookies are next level
Cinnamon halva cookies:
Ingredients:
1 cup coconut flour ( I love almond flour too or any of your choice )
3 scoopers the goddess prebiotic
1 egg
1/3 cup silan tahini ( peanut butter tahini / chocolate tahini / whole sesame will work too )
1/2 cup cinnamon halva ( or any flavor you love )
1 egg
1 teaspoon baking powder
Any Toppings you love : chocolate chip , coconut, nuts
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375f
- in a medium mixing bowl Mix all dry ingredients first , mix well
- Add tahini & halva & egg , mix well, you’ll need to use your hands to create a dough batter, it’s a little sticky
- Spray your baking sheet & the goddess scooper
- Scoop out cookies with the goddess scooper or with any spoon, press them fork or spoon to create cute shape
- Add your toppings ( I added shaved almonds )
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, they can burn easily, watch them, they should be golden brown in the bottom and light color on top
- Let’s them cool completely ( about 5 minutes ) and enjoy
