Creamy pesto Tuna melt sandwich

Tuna melt sandwich:
Creamy pesto Tuna salad:
1 small tuna can ( in water )
3 tbs pesto tahini
1/2 lemon juice
Salt & pepper to taste
Mix well and adjust taste if needed
  • in the sandwich : on your favorite bread, I use Royo bread, I added my coleslaw ( see recipe attached here ) and 1/3 cup shredded goat gauda, in the panini press for 3 min, so so delicious
Mediterranean coleslaw:
1 bag of shredded cabbage or 1 small cabbage (300g )
1 bunch parsley (chopped)
1 bunch cilantro (chopped)
1/2 cup tzatziki tahini (any flavor)
1 lemon juice
1/4 cup cold water
Salt & pepper to taste
( recommend white pepper )
Mix all ingredients in mixing bowl and adjust consistency if need by adding lemon or water.
Mix shredded cabbage with your chopped green herbs : parsley & cilantro, drizzle the tahini dressing on top and mix well , let it marinate 10-15 min before serving, enjoy
