Creamy Spicy tahini palmini

Spicy palmini :


1 bag/can of palmini pasta

1 can organic garbanzo beans

1 cup spinach ( optional )

2-3  spicy tahini

1tbs olive oil

Spices : 1tsp of : smoked paprika, cumin, salt & pepper to taste


1. Add 1tbs of olive oil on Medium size Non stick pan On medium heat ( add more oil if needed)

2. Infuse your olive oil by adding spices and mix gently, after a minute or two you’ll be able to smell your spices opening up :)

3. It’s time to add your washed & rinsed garbanzo beans and mix in the oil & spices

4. Add palmini pasta ( follow instructions on bag )

5. Add 2 Tbs of spicy tahini ( or any of our tahini flavors) and mix well

6. Simmer heat and cook for 5-7 minutes longer, serve warm or cold ( I like it warm more )

7. I served it over organic baby spinach, any type of “greens”  will be delicious and even without :)

Note :

I kept half of garbanzo beans as a snack for later but you could use it all in one dish as well

cheese lovers sprinkle some on top
