Gluten free apple pie
🔸Ingredients:Â
2 eggsÂ
6 tbs apple sauce ( I used the unsweetened one )Â
5 Tbs almond flourÂ
1/2 tsp vanilla extractÂ
3tbs honey ( or fiber syrup or your favorite)Â
1 tbs Cinnamon
1 tsp Baking powderÂ
Sliced apples ( for topping my favorite is honey crisp or pink lady )Â

🔸Instructions :Â

preheat oven to 375FÂ

In a medium size mixing bowl combine all the “wet ingredients ( start with eggs, apple sauce, honey, vanilla extract) and mix well.Â

Add baking powder and almond flour and mix well until all combinedÂ

Spray your cake mold with coconut spray and pour the batterÂ

Top it up with fresh sliced apple and sprinkle cinnamon on topÂ

Bake for 25-35 minuets or until the edges are golden brownÂ

Let it cool for few minutes and enjoy a healthy slice of apple pie ( I love serving with coco whip ice cream and drizzle of honey and cinnamon on top 👌🏻Â
