Gluten free apple pie

2 eggs 
6 tbs apple sauce ( I used the unsweetened one ) 
5 Tbs almond flour 
1/2 tsp vanilla extract 
3tbs honey ( or fiber syrup or your favorite) 
1 tbs Cinnamon
1 tsp Baking powder 
Sliced apples ( for topping my favorite is honey crisp or pink lady ) 
🔸Instructions : 
  • preheat oven to 375F 
  • In a medium size mixing bowl combine all the “wet ingredients ( start with eggs, apple sauce, honey, vanilla extract) and mix well. 
  • Add baking powder and almond flour and mix well until all combined 
  • Spray your cake mold with coconut spray and pour the batter 
  • Top it up with fresh sliced apple and sprinkle cinnamon on top 
  • Bake for 25-35 minuets or until the edges are golden brown 
  • Let it cool for few minutes and enjoy a healthy slice of apple pie ( I love serving with coco whip ice cream and drizzle of honey and cinnamon on top 👌🏻
