Green beans casserole, vegan & gf

green beans casserole:
One bag of fresh raw Greens beans
1/2 cup unsweetened nut milk
3tbs spicy  tahini or any flavor (I love the tzatziki one in this recipe)
1 red onion sliced into rings
1/2 cup almond flour
Lemon zest
Salt & pepper to taste
  • preheat oven to 375f
  • Rinse green beans and place in a small  lasagna dish
  • Mix nut milk with tahini, lemon zest , salt & pepper and pour over the beans, bake it for 10-12 minutes
  • While it’s in the oven , coat the onion rings with almond flour, spray them with olive oil if needed, to be sticky and coated with almond flour
  • When green beans are ready ,add onions on top and return to the oven for 2-5 minutes until the onion are crispy and Golden in the edges, serve warm , it’s delicious
