Green tahini with a twist

Green tahini with a twist:
🔸Ingredients:
1lb tahini ( raw sesame paste , my favorite is the 365 brand from WF )
2 lemon ( juice)
1.1/2 cup of ice water ( without the ice )
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1/2  cup chopped cilantro
1/2 cup chopped mint
1/2 cup chopped dill
1/2 cup chopped basil
10 garlic clove roasted ( in the oven 375F on parchment paper for 10 minutes or until golden brown)
1/2 cup pitted olive ( your favorite kind )
1 fresh  chopped jalapeño pepper ( optional)
Spices: cumin , white pepper , salt
🔸Instructions:
  1. In your food processor combine tahini, lemon juice, ice water, sprinkle cumin and pepper and blend well, adjust consistency if needed by adding water or lemon, no salt yet !
  2. Start adding gradually the green herbs and mix them all in by pulses
  3. Add olive ( the olive will be our “salty” touch )  garlic and jalapeño and keep pulsing until it’s all mixed up
  4. Try and adjust taste, I added more ice water, basil and sprinkle of salt
  5. I simply sauté bok Choy on a medium heat skillet with 1tbs olive and shaved carrots, no spices at all !! The green tahini is so flavorful that I drizzle it on my GF wrap and on the veggies and it was perfect 👌🏻 that’s The beauty of having homemade tahini dressing, enjoy 😊
