500 g flour ( use 00 flour)
1 teaspoon salt in to the flour ( mix it )
7g dry yeast ( 1 bag ) In 1.1/2 cup water & mix
And add it in the flour
Mix by hands & Fold it , very important to fold
Flour your hand to prevent sticking
Cut dough into four balls and cover it.
Let the dough rest for 2 hours
After 2 hours start turning the balls into your pizza crust ( keep flour on your hands to prevent sticking)
Best part TOMATOES TAHINI:
Add tahini to your tomatoes sauce it will be creamy & delicious , any flavor will work! 1/3 cup tomatoes sauce + 3tbs tahini
My favorite is spicy tahini , Zathar tahini & pesto tahini , add your favorite toppings, cheese & veggies.
Preheat oven to 420F ( very high be careful )
