Tahini donuts with caramel glazing

Tahini donuts with caramel glazing:
1 cup almond flour
2 eggs
1/2 cup peanut butter tahini ( Silan & chocolate tahini will be delicious as well)
3 Tbs Silan
Punch of salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
Toppings: sprinkles
Caramel glaze:
1/2 cup Labane ( or coconut yogurt or Greek yogurt) with 3 tbs of Silan , mix well and taste, adjust if needed, I love sweet .
  • preheat oven to 375f
  • In a medium mixing bowl combine all ingredients ( besides toppings ) , mix well
  • Spray your donut mold to prevent sticking and pour your batter in , use a tablespoon and press with your fingers
  • Top them up with sprinkles or chocolate chips and bake for 8 minutes, they should be golden
  • Let them cool and remove them out of them mold carefully
  • Use your Carmel glaze to top them up before serving, highly Recommend to eat them warm , enjoy
