Marshmallow Sweet potatoes toast

Sweet potatoes toast: marshmallow : 
  • sweet potatoes ( as many as  you want ) 
Sliced lengthwise ( 3-4 inches thickness) 
  • coconut oil ( I use the spray one ) 
  • Marshmallow ( as many as you want) YOLO 
  • preheat oven to 425 
  • On a parchment paper one layer of seeet potatoes toast sprayed with coconut oil ( both sides ) 
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and crunchy and remove from the oven 
  • Add mini marshmallow on top and return to the oven for 3-5 minutes or until marshmallow is half melted and got the golden crust on top 
  • Be careful the oven is hot and it can easily burn... enjoy 😉
