Spicy lemony Brussels sprouts

Spicy lemony Brussels sprouts: 
Ingredients : 
  • 2 bags of fresh Brussels sprouts ( 500g each bag ) 
  • 2 lemons 
  • 3tbs coconut/avocado oil
  • Spices: salt, pepper and harissa rub 
The perfect sexy Brussels 👩🏻‍🍳
  1. Heat oven to 400F Trim bottom of brussels sprouts, and slice each in half 
  2. Place the Brussels sprouts in water and salt into a 3 to 4-quart saucier and cover. Place over high heat and cook for 5 -10 minutes or until tender. Remove and serve immediately.
  3. Drain the water completely and pour them  on a parchment paper, drizzle coconut/ avocado oil, harissa rub, zests of 2 lemons and pink salt, mix well before the oven 
  4. They are already soft and tender inside so just give them that golden crispy crunch, approximately 20 minutes 
  5. Sprinkle more salt if needed and it’s ready to serve
