Stir fry palmini style
Favorite Friday stir fry palmini style :
♦️Ingredients:
2 Tbs coconut oil
1/3 cup liquid aminos
1 lemon juice
2 cups Cabbage
2 Zucchini
1 Leek
1/2 bunch Parsley
1/2 bunch Cilantro
1/2 bunch dill
Fresh Spicy chili 🌶
1 Tbs Pb2 ( peanut butter powder, can substitute for 1 Tbs regular peanut butter )
♦️Instructions:
- chop all the vegetables
- preheat skillet medium heat with the 2 Tbs coconut oil
- Sautéed cabbage , zucchini and leek On a skillet Medium high heat for 5 minutes or until golden
- Simmer down and add liquid amino, lemon juice, pb powder and mix well
- Add palmini pasta and mix
- Add chopped parsley and cilantro and mix well and let it cook for 10 min, uncovered
- Top it up with dill and hemp seeds
