Stir fry palmini style

Favorite Friday stir fry palmini  style : 


2 Tbs coconut oil 

1/3 cup liquid aminos 

1 lemon juice 

2 cups Cabbage 

2 Zucchini 

1 Leek 

1/2 bunch Parsley 

1/2 bunch Cilantro 

1/2 bunch dill 

Fresh Spicy chili 🌶 

1 Tbs Pb2 ( peanut butter powder, can substitute for 1 Tbs regular peanut butter ) 



  • chop all the vegetables 
  • preheat skillet medium heat with the 2 Tbs coconut oil 
  1. Sautéed cabbage , zucchini and leek On a skillet Medium high heat for 5 minutes or until golden
  2. Simmer down and add liquid amino, lemon juice, pb powder and mix well 
  3. Add palmini pasta and mix 
  4. Add chopped parsley and cilantro and mix well and let it cook for 10 min, uncovered 
  5. Top it up with dill and hemp seeds
