Stuffed mushrooms

Stuffed mushrooms 🍄 
What do you need 
One pack of fresh mushrooms ( about 8 )  - 
2 Tbs olive oil 
Stuffing: cheese and tahini dressing 
Toppings: basil, pine nuts and sumac powder 
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray. Clean mushrooms with a damp paper towel. Carefully break off stems. Chop stems extremely fine, discarding tough ends .
  2. Place In the oven for 12-15 minutes  or until golden brown and hot liquid appears
  3. For melted cheese: fill  the mushrooms cups with shredded cheese and back in the oven for a minute (until well melted) 
  4. Fill the rest of the mushrooms cups with tahini dressing 
  5. Top it up with basil pine nuts and sumac
