Tahini pizza crust : gf, low carb, high fiber, high protein!

Tahini pizza
3egg ( white only )
1 whole egg
3tbs pesto tahini  or and flavor
3tbs protein fiber powder (flavorless, on our website ) or substitute with any flour but it’s not going to be high fiber, hight protein. 
1tsp baking powder  
1tbs zen basil ( or chia seeds ) 
Salt & pepper to taste
Toppings: artichoke, spinach, feta cheese
Or any of your favorite
  • preheat oven to 350f
  • In medium mix bowl combine egg, egg whites &  tahini , mix well
  • Add protein powder, baking powder, zen basil seeds and mix well
  • On baking sheet ( I recommend parchment paper) on top , pour batter into a thin layer, not too thin
  • Bake for 5-6 min or until golden brown on the bottom part and flip it gently, ( should be easy to flip ) bake the other side for 2 min and remove from the oven
  • Top it up with any of your favorite, I used spinach, artichoke & sheep milk feta
  • Return to oven for 2-3 minutes, be careful not to burn the edges, enjoy
