Let’s start withy classic tahini : 
❇️Home made tahini 
What u need : 
1lb Tahini raw sesame paste ( I use the mysexyveggies whole sesame tahini) 
2 squeeze lemons 
1.1/2cup of ice water 
Spices: cumin, salt, white pepper 
For perfect creamy texture combine everything in a food processor and blend well *add water/ lemon if needed until you get the perfect consistency, if you don’t want to use food processor, you can do it in a mixing bowl and whisk it well, it’s a great arm workout 😂👌🏻😉
  • Note : use ice water (without the ice ) ! It makes difference 
✳️And now it’s peppers time 😅
10 mini peppers (whichever colour you like) 
Juice and zest of one lime
❇️ instructions: 
trim peppers ( the top ) and clean the inside , drizzle with a little olive oil, salt and pepper and roast in the oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes 
Meanwhile, you can work on your tahini 
Remove the peppers from the oven and spoon the tahini mixture into the peppers
Place the peppers back in the oven and cook for another 15 minutes
Just before removing the peppers from the oven, sprinkle each stuffed pepper with lemon zest and drizzle some lemon juice 
Remove from the oven and serve on their own or with a side of greens or salad
* you can add any vegetables to the tahini mix.  Sometimes I will add some mushrooms or green herbs, quinoa if you'd like a slightly heavier meal. Enjoy 😊
