The Ultimate Vegan High Fiber Bundt Cake Recipe
Let's treat ourselves to a delicious vegan Bundt cake.
serving (6-8 people)
Ingredients:
2 bananas
3 scoopers of the goddess prebiotic
1/4 cup peanut butter tahini
1/4 cup chocolate tahini
1/4 cup cinnamon halva
1/2 cup fiber gourmet flour
3 tablespoons water (Room Temperature)
1 teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of Salt
Instructions:
- preheat oven to f350
- In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas
- Add all ingredients, and mix well
- Spray your cake mold, drizzle two tablespoons of silan in the bottom
- Pour the cake batter into the mold on top of the silan syrup
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, let it cool completely, and enjoy ( I sprinkle the goddess prebiotic on top instead of powdered sugar )
