Spinach tofu bites

Tofu spinach bites: 
1 pack of organic extra firm tofu ( 440 g ) 
1 bunch parsley 
1 bunch scallions 
3 cups spinach 
1 jalapeño 
10 Tbs coconut flour 
Spices: salt, white pepper, smoked paprika, cumin 
  1. Combine all the ingredients ( beside the coconut flour ) in food processor and blend well
  2. In a big mixing bowl place the batter and add 5tbs of coconut flour, sprinkle spices and mix well 
  3. Place batter in the fridge for an hour or more to firm up 
  4. It’s time to preheat your oven to 200f 
  5. Meanwhile scoop the spinach tofu balls into a plate with coconut flour for final coconut coat and place on s parchment paper 
  6. When all balls are ready, to the oven for 35-40 minutes  or until edges are crispy brown
